In this report, you can see which cards have been completed/replied to. If you have asked;
an assessment question, you'll see true/false,
a survey question, you'll see which options were selected,
a star-rating question (1-5 scale), you'll see the numeric value
a free-text question, you'll see the user's reply with their own text.
