Among all uploads, there is only a file size limit of 5 GB for videos. Other than that, there is no limit for images, GIFS, and PDF files.
Obviously, there is no limit for any embedded media either, such as videos from Youtube or podcasts from Spotify. You can embed anything with an iframe HTML code.
Please note that we might increase the video upload limit (by doubling or tripling) without additional cost if we get such a request from you. Regarding the feedback we have received from you so far, we believe that 5 GB allowance is more than enough. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need more capacity.
