It is possible to get notified via e-mail when a user completes your mini-course. You can turn on this feature directly on MCG settings or manually create a workflow on webhook tools like Pipedream or Zapier. Learn more.
If you want to be notified when a specific card is answered, even though the whole course is not completed, you need to manually create a workflow.
We have a tutorial for building such a webhook on Pipedream, here.
Altough this tutorial is based on "course completion" you can easily build the webhook for "card end" scenario as well. You need to select the event accordingly, when the related step comes up, like this:
